A Revival Retreat For Women Network

A Revival Retreat For Women Network

June 05, 20223 min read

Hello friends!

Back in April, I got to take some time off and go to Costa Rica for my first-ever Revival Retreat. This retreat for women was an amazing experience where I was able to host 6 wonderful ladies who all wanted to find some connection, refocus on their purpose, and learn about themselves.

What is the Revival Retreat?

Whenever I travel, there is something magical that happens… I’m taken out of my busy, everyday environment and get to slow down and focus on myself!

Traveling can help you reshape and reset your brain and body. It’s basically a new beginning!

This is why I’ve created the Revival Retreat. This retreat for women is not only a time to kick back for a week, but it’s also a time for networking, goal setting, recalibration, and reflection.

While in Costa Rica, we experienced the beautiful beach, jungle wildlife, and surrounded ourselves with the wonderful culture. We also started each day with fitness, whether it was a beach run, yoga, or one of my workouts!

But this retreat wasn’t just about fitness. It was about coming together as a group and building an amazing community with the women there.

Why is it Important to Have a Community?

During this retreat for women, we all learned so much about each other and ourselves… and many of us had never even met before!

This incredible group of supportive women is the perfect example of why it is so important to have a community. Having people to rely on can make all the difference in your personal life and business!

Wellbeing People shared seven positive benefits of being part of a community, including:

  • Support

  • Influence

  • Sharing

  • Reinforcement

  • Connection

  • Resources and Learning

  • Passion

During this retreat for women, we were able to connect and build a sisterhood with each other that will last much longer than the 6 days we were in Costa Rica.

Having people to keep you accountable, to share your struggles and successes with, and to be there for you is such an important part of building a community!

How Do You Set Yourself Up For Success?

If you want to set yourself up for success, a retreat for women is the perfect way to do it!

Although we focused on fitness during our retreat, we also focused on understanding ourselves. We set goals, recalibrated our direction, and explored our own inner strength, confidence, and courage.

In order to set yourself up for success, you need to pause and allow yourself to reflect. Look at how far you’ve come, and make plans for where you want to be. Giving yourself time to escape, reflect, and set yourself up for what’s next is crucial to reaching your goals!

Do You Need a Retreat for Women?

You need a good coach and an amazing community to find success and happiness in your life. If you feel like you need a reset, want a community, and want some guidance on how to become your best self, my Revival Retreat is for you!
