Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records.

You are purchasing a 7 day retreat package, which is a near all-inclusive experience that includes:

This Terms of Purchase & Community Guidelines are the entire agreement between us. This Terms of Purchase supersede our prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages.

What happens after you pay: Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will say: The Crews Coach. Please allow 24 hours for and detailed welcome email and REVIVAL Retreat FB group access. All details are posted in the group and sent to the email in our system.

We reserve the right to delay the welcome email if technical difficulties arise.

Refunds: This program has a no refunds policy. All deposit payments are non-refundable. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback, The Crews Coach will issue an additional $250 fee to you.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis on these dates.

Please note if you are paying in installments: If your card account is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 5 business days. Failure to update your account information will cause your access to the program, calls and FB support community group and bonuses to be suspended until payment is made. This is not a pay by month, or pay for partial access, situation, which would not be fair to those who have committed to the entire payment plan. You will not be refunded. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to pay all installments.

License to content:

You are receiving one license for personal viewing and implementation of the material in the program. Based on your membership level, you are in violation of copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not program members, training others in the program material, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials.

Acknowledgment:

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty:

You are in the best position to understand your unique circumstances, and you understand and agree that a general informational program such as this cannot be completely tailored to every single person. This course is not a substitute for business, financial, legal, medical, mental health advice. You are advised to seek advice from a qualified professional. COVID-19In the case that Covid-19 travel restrictions are applied at the time of the retreat prohibiting guests from travelling, accommodations will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact Krystalore Crews to discuss options if a situation arises. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Due to limited space and budgetary constraints, your purchase is non-refundable. Credit will be given for a future retreat date if you must cancel due to Covid. You must provide doctors notification of positive test results within 7 days of the start of the event. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions - which may be amended from time to time - and all applicable laws and regulations. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

To be able to participate in REVIVAL Retreats you must have a valid passport and be able to travel to our destinations independently. Flights are not included. Payments must be made in full, 45 days prior to event. Failure to complete all payments by the due date will result in loss of entry to REVIVAL Retreats. No refunds will be given.

We require travel insurance for all clients. This must be bought independently as it is not included in the retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that:

You have authorized to use the Debit/Credit card and/or PayPal account.

You will not charge back, dispute, reverse any payments. We reserve the right to ban any account/person without notice for any reason. You have read the Terms & Conditions and agree.

You agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions and everything listed above and below. No deposit refunds will be granted.

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability, payments or partial payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds provided in any circumstances at any time. Guest Cancellations Policy (Cancelations made by the Guest) If you need to cancel any retreat booking, cancellation fees will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations before the start date are non-refundable and will result in 100% loss of revenue. No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason. No refund will be provided for only part of a booking, for example if only partial payment is made or a room is booked for two guests who are sharing and one guest is unable to attend. No refund will be provided for any room downgrades. If paying via installments, the above conditions will apply based on the entire price of your booking and not just on any instalments paid.

All retreat payments are due 45-days prior to the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 45-day deadline, risk forfeiting their retreat booking.

Cancellations made by The Crews Coach/Revival Retreat host: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a retreat in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a retreat, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed retreat to within twenty four (24) months from its original start date. Retreat venue, dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. The Crews Coach reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each retreat or event without notice. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge that The Crews Coach does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain a cure for any health condition or disease. If for any reason The Crews Coach must cancel or change the Start Date of any retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time) to be used as credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to the Company, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat. The Crews Coach is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled Retreats such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Use of credit or debit cards will not incur a surcharge if payments are cleared in full at the time of booking.

If the retreat has to close for whatever reason we will inform you as soon as possible. The Crews Coach will always give full refunds if this occurs. The Crews Coach will refund the retreat cost if applicable but will not pay for any loss with flights.

Flights and Transfers

Flights must be booked independently, following confirmation of your retreat reservation. Transfers from airport to the retreat and back outside our scheduled transfers included in our packages are available at an additional cost from our driver. Please be aware, your flight details will be required at least one week before your departure at the latest. This is to ensure that your transfers can be organized with our transfer driver. Please note that failure to do so may result in waiting extended periods of time for the next available group transfer or having to organize any-time transfers at an additional cost to yourself through the 3rd party.

Room Damages

If you damage your room or any of the property within your room or retreat premises we will automatically bill you for the cost of repairing / replacing / redecorating.

Comments and Complaints

If you feel unwell or are not happy with the retreat for any reason, please tell your Retreat or on-site Manager immediately and we will attempt to take whatever action is required. Please bear in mind that any claims may be rejected if we are not given the opportunity to put matters right during your stay.

Room Share

The Crews Coach takes no responsibility for the actions of the person/s with whom you ‘room share’. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your ‘room share’ including but not limited to: clash of personalities; disagreements; snoring; other annoying habits etc, The Crews Coach cannot be held responsible. Adding a guest to Your Booking: If you wish to add a guest to your booking, please note that we have a maximum capacity of guests that we can accommodate on site. If we have not reached capacity we would be happy to add a guest to your booking, however once we have reached the maximum number of guests unfortunately we would not be able to add any further guests at that time. We always recommend to confirm any changes as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment. At the point of booking we can highlight your details if you are looking to add a guest, in order to let you know when we are approaching our maximum capacity if you wish. Please note that places are only secured on receipt of payment.

Health Restrictions

You agree to sign a waiver with The Crews Coach at least 30 days before your retreat Start Date.

General Waiver

You acknowledge that during any trip with The Crews Coach you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against The Crews Coach, their agents, contractor’s, employee’s and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Retreat up to and including death.

If you are currently pregnant, or under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must provide a Doctor’s certificate confirming your fitness to travel and take part in the retreat as well as notifying The Crews Coach in advance. REVIVAL RETREATS is unfortunately not suitable for those with psychiatric or deep emotional issues or those looking for counselling or therapy, as our team are not professionally qualified in these areas. Our team are also not medically trained and do not know your medical history so cannot offer any specific medical advice whilst at the retreat.

All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking.

Our retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 21 years or for people with physical disabilities that cannot take care or responsibility for themselves as we do not have the resources or expertise. There are areas of the retreat that people with mobility issues may not be able to access.

Your Health and Wellbeing

Many health benefits are associated with regular exercise, healthy diet and therapy treatments. However a small number of people should not participate in certain activities and should seek medical advice. In case of any doubt please consult a doctor before commencing physical activity/starting or receiving a treatment.

Exclusions

All information provided on the website and any written and verbal form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication. However, due to mechanical faults, weather conditions, or what insurers call ‘Acts of God’, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Very occasionally, we may have to vary the advertised program due to staff sickness or other unforeseen problems, in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. This may not always be possible. For example, if our Yoga Instructor becomes unwell on day 3 of the retreat, it is likely that it will be too short notice to find another and Yoga may well be cancelled. This is extremely rare, but could happen. The same applies to any of the activities. l always do our level best to make sure all activities go ahead if possible. We would also like to point out that the The Crews Coach Revival Retreat team can change at any time and although we will always attempt to have a suitable replacement there will be no compensation for the change in team member.

Team Members and Classes:

In the event of one of the team members becoming injured, ill or any emergency situation that forces them to leave the retreat, then this may impact on the retreat plan, in terms of the yoga or fitness classes or talks being cancelled. We will do whatever we can to adapt to the situation and reduce the impact this may have on your retreat experience, however we may not be able to get a substitute team member out. The retreat will continue to run however things will be adjusted to reflect the team situation. There will be no refunds or compensation to reflect the change in team situation.

The Crews Coach will not accept liability for:

Any of the above events, or others beyond our control.

Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property. Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Check that your travel insurance policy covers these and other contingencies.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify without limitation any trainer(s), director(s) or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during all interactions with the Company away from, or at the primary place of business for The Crews Coach.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms of Use; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it. Assumption of Risk:By agreeing to these terms and conditions, if you choose to participate in the The Crews Coach Revival Retreat activities, which could include but are not limited to: aerobic exercise, yoga, running, walks, swimming (pool, sea and river) and therapy treatments such as massage. You realize that your participation involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death. Furthermore, you confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise and The Crews is not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred whilst at the retreat, after the retreat or during the transfer.

If you suffer with any health conditions including but not limited to the following, you confirm that you have either consulted with a doctor before participating in physical activity or you are accepting full responsibility for your own health and you acknowledge the risk involved. Bone or joint or back problem/pain; high or low blood pressure; surgery or recent injury; Diabetes or any other metabolic disease; raised cholesterol; heart condition; cancer; pain in your chest when you do physical exercise; unusual shortness of breath at rest or with mild exertion; pregnant; spells of severe dizziness or have lost consciousness; Epilepsy; angina.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws The United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

Photo/ Video Release – Use of Image

You hereby grant to The Crews Coach the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with The Crews Coach. You hereby release and discharge The Crews Coach from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SITE. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.

The Crews Coach Revival Retreat Premises is a smoke free environment. If you wish to smoke (including e-cigarettes and vaping) there is a designated smoking area outside the villa, outside the retreat premise. Anyone found inebriated or smoking in the property may be asked to leave the retreat and no refund shall be given. No recreational drugs may be brought to the retreat, any guests found intoxicated or under the influence of recreational drugs will be asked to leave the retreat (no refund shall be given).

This contract is entered into under the laws of the United States and in agreeing to these terms and condition you are doing so on behalf of yourself, and any other parties included in your booking.
